 1. Body Butter

Ignore the fake chemicals and fragrances found in conventional lotions and prepare your own instead.

My Homemade Body Butter Recipe uses shea butter, coconut oil, jojoba oil and essential oils of your choice for a butter that is great for your skin. Spend enough after the bath to block out moisture. Why does coconut oil work so well for the skin? Partly because of the saturated fats that help keep the skin moisturized, with fat preventing the loss of moisture through the pores of the skin. This fat gives the skin a healthy, smooth and uniform appearance. (2)

2. Super dry skin Hands ,elbows, Knees

If your skin is too dry, coconut oil is one of the best remedies. Rub coconut oil in your hands to warm it up and then use it instead of body lotion. Focus on a few points, such as elbows and knees that tend to be drier than other points.

3. Herpes Treatment Prone to herpes?

Putting coconut oil on them can help speed healing time, relieve pain and reduce the risk of scars and discoloration. Coconut oil contains 3 fatty acids - capric, caprylic and lauric acid - which both have antimicrobial and disinfectant properties, helping to protect against as well as

4 Bath Detox

A good detox bath bath is a great way to eliminate toxins, allowing your body and mind to relax. Create a simple detox tub bath with coconut oil by adding ¼ cup Epsom salts, great for detoxification, in ¼ cup coconut oil in a tub with hot water. To add the benefits of aromatherapy, include a few drops of your favorite essential oil.

5. Shield protector

Using coconut oil for the skin relieves the pain, itching and redness of the rash. Using it regularly also helps to keep it away. Uses about a tablespoon of the affected areas.

6. Dry hands

If washing dishes or using tools is having effects on your hands, coconut oil can be a great remedy. Keep a pitcher near the sink or in the garage to get your hands on. Bonus: rub coconut oil on your hands and then cover with gloves to keep your skin soft and smooth even faster.

 7. Cuticle Oil

Use coconut oil the next time you do your nails at home. Scrubbing the oil in the cuticles helps keep the germs away and will loosen cuticles, making them easier to push back or cut.

8. Soap for face As a homemade peeling for the skin

With its antimicrobial properties and moisturizing ability, coconut oil is perfect for cleaning your face. I love my soap recipe for the homemade face. It kills all bacteria (goodbye, blackheads!) While moisturizing the skin to keep it looking and feeling vibrant

* Mix 1 teaspoon (dessert) of honey, 1 spoon (dessert) of coconut oil, 1 spoon (dessert) of sugar. Apply on face by doing a circular massage and leave for five minutes on face. Then wash with running water and neutral facial soap. This peeling has a rejuvenating effect and leaves the skin much more silky and beautiful.

9. Homemade Deodorant

If traditional deodorants irritate your skin, using coconut oil is a great alternative. Try to make my own homemade deodorant recipe with three ingredients in your own home. This is a natural, healthy alternative to the brands bought in stores that will keep you smelling with freshness.

10. Insect Repellent

Stop using toxic chemicals and make your own repellent to keep the insects away. To make about 8 ml of repellent just mix 8 ml of coconut oil with 40 or 50 drops of essential oils, some favorites are citronella, cloves, eucalyptus, mint and lemon balm. At the same time you will need to reapply throughout the day, you will avoid introducing chemicals and toxins into your body.

11. Lip Moisturizer

The simplest products are often loaded with scary ingredients. Instead of accidentally ingesting toxic chemicals through the lip moisturizer, make your own. With my homemade lip balm moisturizer recipe for coconut oil and mint, you get rid of dry, cracked lips - and toxins - to generate a fresh lip that makes you feel safe about using it.

12. Makeup Remover

Using coconut oil for the skin in the region around the eye will allow you to remove the makeup without fear and without irritating your eyes. Additionally, you will give extra hydration to this sensitive area - and reduce your wrinkles! To use, gently rub the coconut oil onto the eyelids and remove the makeup from the eyes with a cotton swab or warm cloth.

13. Massage Oil

Why buy an expensive massage oil when it is so easy to make your own? Combining coconut oil with a few drops of your preferred essential oil does the job very well; it will alleviate muscular pain while pleasing the senses and encouraging a conscious meditation

14. Night Cream

Keep your skin moisturized and repair it while you sleep through the application of coconut oil gently on your face. If you are prone to acne or have very oily skin, try adding a few drops of your normal moisturizer instead of amplifying the moisturizer without adding too much extra oil. If you enjoy using coconut oil as a day moisturizer, combine it with sunscreen to reap the benefits throughout the day without the risk of sun damage.

15 Hair moisturizer Does the dry,

Does the dry, scaly scalp leave you down? Using coconut oil for the hair and scalp will keep the area moisturized, discouraging the growth of dandruff and leaving the hair looking shiny. If you also have dry tips, rub some oil on the tips to provide deep conditioning.

Leave-in for beach and pool: Apply on the hair to protect against pool chlorine or sea salt.

Coconut water, besides being a delicious drink, due to its properties, is also a great hair moisturizer. This natural ingredient helps restore hair shine, moisturize and strengthen. It has been widely used by famous women and people who wish to have their hair well cared for or by those who use chemicals constantly.

16. Shaving Gel

Make a close and soft beard using coconut oil instead of shaving with creams and gels. Coconut oil for the skin will help prevent ingrown and blistering of the razor, plus add hydration - no extra product in the medicine cabinet is needed! Simply rub on the skin, shave and dry.

17. Skin Conditions

Because of the anti-inflammatory properties, coconut oil is very popular for the treatment of skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and other skin conditions. In fact, one study found that 46% of patients with chronic skin conditions who used coconut oil had an excellent response to the treatment of their conditions. Meanwhile, only 19% of those who used mineral oil to treat their condition had an excellent response. (3) If you suffer from a skin disease, the use of coconut oil regularly can help alleviate the symptoms.

18. Body Scrub

Moisturizes while dead skin skins are being removed by doing your own body scrub (or facial). Just mix coconut oil with coconut sugar to reveal softer skin. Try a few times a week.

Got a little too much sun? Coconut oil can help soften inflamed skin, reduce redness and moisturize skin.
