3 RECIPES OF DETOX JUICES AND BELLY FAT LOSS FOR BRIDE & GROOMS

Detox juices are our great allies. Practically and quickly, they eliminate the toxins from our body promoting an internal cleansing, facilitating the process of weight loss. Besides being easy to prepare, they have high nutritional value! Sometimes it is difficult to keep your diet, especially when it comes time to taste the cake and the wedding sweets. On these occasions one of the solutions is to appeal to the detox juices, thinking of that I selected 3 dry belly juice recipes for brides.

 

 

 

 

→FAT BURN FOR BELLY WITH AUBERGINE Ingredients:                                                                -1 AUBERGINE  raw

- 2 liters of water                                                                                                                                                               - Juice of 4 lemons

 

Mode of preparation: Wash aubergine well, cut it into slices with a coat and everything.

Put the water in the jar, add the eggplant slices and the lemon juice. Shake well. Leave the juice to chill overnight and drink the next day.

 

 

 

 
→ GREEN JUICE DETOX Ingredients:

- 2 oranges

- 3 leaves of cabbage

-1 ginger

- 1 liter of water Mode of preparation:

 

Peel the oranges, cut them into pieces and remove the seeds. Put in the blender the oranges, the cabbage leaves well washed and with a stem. Add a bit of ginger. Fill with a quart of water and beat everything. Cook and serve with plenty of ice.

 

 

 

 

→ WEIGHT LOSS Ingredients

- 5 leaves of spinach

- 1 leaf lettuce

- pulp of  1 passion fruit

- 1/2 chopped aubergine  

- 200 ml of coconut water

- 1 tablespoon chia seed - Sweetener.

 

Mode of preparation: Wash all ingredients. Put everything in the blender, sugar and serve immediately.
